Well then we better make the most of this event. And as Helinut said the Councils are a money making entity, if they make it so no events can be held without incuring considerable cost they will be forced to rethink there policies and structure for allowing event like this one to happen.

Or we could all just drive into auckland and block up the roads again like our truckers did for the RUC bollocks.

Some people say it is "PC gone mad" but I blame the medical people. if it wasnt for them some of these retards would have die at birth and would not be causeing all this trouble for everyone.

I have been saying this for YEARS myself. Polluting the bloody gene pool. Hell, if a doctor has to perform a minor miracle to save an unborn child, should that child have actually lived in the first place? Sounds harsh but on the most basic level, we are animals too and we are the ONLY animal that is able to cause our babies to stay alive when nature says they should have died....

Look at the idiot in Queenstown this week that was being filmed trying to break into a safe.

It got too hot so he took his balaclava off ..... then looked up at the security camera.

The cops put his pic up on FaceBook and just waited for the call.

I expect to see him on worlds dumbest criminals at some stage. Have you seen a cat look in a mirror?? They kinda looked totally confused. I expect this guy is the same looking in a mirror in the morning after he has worked out how to breathe. And we no doubt have to pay taxes to keep him...great. Thats going to make me feel all warm and fuzzy when I see how much tax I have paid this year. Looking after F wits like that.

The fun police are screwing our world up and it's because of a few morons that make the rules to cover a few morons that otherwise wouldn't make it.

Like you say BBT's will disappear in times to come because of compliance costs for stupid rules.
I know a guy in town with a glass company...one of his workers drops a pane of glass and cuts his wrist open. Doesn't die but after the fine from OSH....the new signs required enlightening his staff that glass is dangerous and can cut you (FFS...if they have to be told then they dont belong there) and the courses in saftey all his staff must go through including the office staff it has cost him 50K.
How to kill a business by the labour gov't.

Good god....what a stupid world we live in. I am off to continue with the injection of an evo 50 into a defender fuse.

Night night.

Woops, looks like I spoke too soon, the current Government seems just as intent on crushing Civil Liberties as Labour was.

Looks like they are considering the same ban on Radar Detectors:
http://www.stuff.co.nz/marlboroughe...16468a6422.html

I have already emailed the Minister concerned.

From the article:
"Canterbury road policing manager Inspector Derek Erasmus said radar detectors did not prevent motorists from getting caught."

Well FFS, then why the hell do we need a ban then? Either they DO work and the Police are lying OR they don't work and ban is a useless waste of time and resources.....sheesh they can't have it both ways. Oh wait, yes they can, they are the Government. LOL.

Gotta love the Nanny State eh? When will RC Helis be banned totally because they are dangerous? Think that's a stretch? Not for the Government it isn't!

Yeah I think the government should band cars, do you know how many people get killed in those things every year!!! it is just not safe the faster they are gone the better, we should all go back to horse and cart, and don't get me started on that elecricity stuff, hell that is a silent killer, you dont see it or smell it then whack youre dead, they should ban that as well

It was not looking flash here yesterday morning but guys still went out in the afternoon and it has been good here all day today.
At this time of year it is unlikley to have three days of crap.

How many guys can fit in your house Neil? we might all have to bring lap tops and play Phoenix.

If you saw the weather Grant and I did in Taiwan a couple of years ago nothing will stop you. The motel workers were putting sand bags around the doors, taping up the windows and putting lengths of wood through the door handles while we were outside waiting to get on the bus to the flying feild LOL I must admit I was wondering what the hell we were doing but as it turned out we still got a lot of flying done. That was until the river bank looked like it was about to give way so we all bailed.

Typhoon is coming!!
Man, that was some funny sh*t at that Taiwan Fun Fly all right!!

Everyone was saying “Typhoon is coming, typhoon is coming” and all the Ace pilots were like, fuct that let go fly in this sh*t!!

Turned out to be a mintish day and funny watching electric Heli’s buzzing around in the rain. The funniest part would have been the tasty beef turning out to be the pet GOAT…. Yikes felt real weird after that as Kevin and a few of the other guys had been playing with it just a few hours before hand. O, just for the record they don't eat cats, as they are their friends...... But dogs are fair game. Figure that one out.......

Neil, please ensure the spit roast company is not serving us freakin GOAT’s or mountain oysters!

Now, "lets get ready to Rumble......."

Neil what time is the BBQ starting, I can't get off work until 5pm and don;t really wanna rush traffic, it only takes 20min to reach Drury from my house, was thinking about running home getting changed and setting off about 5:30.

Would it be best to go straight to the BBQ or go to the field first?

I know its 3 weeks away but its always good to plan ahead.

Perhaps but I have my limits on what I will ingest. Raw fish and seared beef, fine, other more esoteric meats, maybe not. LOL.

THE RED BULL GIRLS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED FOR THE RUMBLE!!
Keeping up with Johns tradition of getting the girls to pose with our toys, I managed to get these 2 Tui girls to pose with our jets this weekend at Wings over Wairarapa:

Or we could get one of these stunners for the Rumble (Note the kilt and gumboots!)

The great news is that I had confirmation tonight - YES THE RED BULL GIRLS WILL BE AT THE RUMBLE

Cheers,

Steve.
