I never could figure out which interior diameter on the thrust bearings was the larger. I'd try using calipers, ruler, eyeball, nothing. Then Kona Chopper said "You dumba$$, just put each bearing side on the spindle and jiggle--the larger ID is the one that has more slop..."

Always start your heli with the throttle hold on, that way you will never have a hot start. Runway? what runway??
