Ive got a question for anyone who can answer it, can i use revo in non HH mode. Like program my 9c so that in normal theres revo but when i switch into idle1 it disables revo. Is this how its normally done or will it not work.

Not everyone uses a 9C to fly the blade cp I'm sure someone else here flies the 9CTom..... No "D" flying....

I know that but what i mostly asking really has nothing to do with the radio just with revo mixing and a gryo, hh gyro that is Align x500.

I think most use HH mode

I didnt see the advantage of REVO and disabling HH mode on my G90 using Spektrum.

if you are in HH mode you do not need Revo active. Thats what I think I read someplace

revo..
learn how to fly with HH off...you will be better off in the long run. when i learned how to fly (right after the wheel was invented, and fire was discoverd!), we didn't even have gyros!

Using Revo mixing in Non-HH mode is pretty similar to the stock blade setup. The 3-in-1 (assuming you are talking about the Pro) supplies a non HH gyro and revo mixing via the proportional pot on the module. By running revo mix and non-HH mode you can mimic the way the blade flew before adding a HH gyro. Because of the computer transmitter you should be able to make it fly slightly better than it did from the factory in this mode. I messed around with it for a little bit with a different TX than you, but it was only to experiment. Its definately good practice to be able to fly either way, but I am lazy and fly mine in HH mode all the time so I don't have to work as hard

I like HH better. I dont know about being lazy.

I can do more tricks now and things I normally couldnt do without the tail wagging like a happy puppy.

It lets you do things you would only try in a sim and I think that is a great benefit to HH

besides, don't the larger Helis have HH as a standard ?

If memory serves, you have to set the revo mix for each condition.. I was just looking at this last night and I'm pretty sure the 9C has separate mix curves for each.A helicopter is 10,000 parts spinning rapidly around an oil leak.

My udnerstanding from what ive read says hh is only used in Idle up so i figured if its only used in idle up i could help the tail by using revo in non hh mode.
