This is the 72MHz Futaba 12ZHP Computer Radio on Mode 2 with the
R5014DPS Synthesized 14-Channel Receiver.
Does not include servos.
This is the helicopter version which will default to helicopter settings
when powered up and does not have a ratcheted throttle stick.

The Futaba 12ZHP shares many features with the 14MZ such as
Dual Internal Processors, Real-Time Response with 2048PCM,
Fully Synthesized Receiver, Servo Grouping, Variable Dual Rates and
Quad-Bearing Gimbals

FEATURES: Dial-N-Key jog dial with joy stick button allows cursor movement in
four directions for very user friendly programming
PCM G3 2048 resolution is "backwards compatible" with 1024 PCM, and
FM/PPM
Supports 7 heli swash types
Supports eight flight conditions (7 plus the default)
Stores memory for up to twenty five models
245 model memory available with optional 32MB Compact Flash Card
available separately, (FUTM9410)
Dual Internal Processors allow one processor to be devoted to flying
functions while the other processor focuses on non-flight
functions such as input and communications
7.4V 2200mAh Lithium Ion transmitter battery (FUTM1475) for long
operating times
Six factory-set Variable Dual Rate (VDR) curves can be assigned to
any function in any flight condition configuration
Variable Dual Rates (VDR) and Expo can be combined so they are
automatically activated when a function is activated, no program
mixing required
R5014DPS Receiver;
By using state-of-the-art Ball Grid Array (BGA) layered PC board
technology, the 12ZHPs R5014DPS 14-channel synthesized receiver is
the world's smallest. All pilots will appreciate how easy its
WFSS (Wireless Frequency Setting System) makes changing
frequencies at busy airfields. It can be done right from the
transmitter without changing crystals.
Servo Grouping;
Multiple servos controlling a single function can be set up
through the transmitter and then plugged into differently
adjustable receiver channels (even non-consecutively) without
needing a separate servo synchronizer for mixing.
7.4V 2200mAh Lithium Ion transmitter battery (FUTM1475) for long
operating times
Quad-Bearing Gimbals for smoothest motion and response, stick tension
and detent are adjustable
Seven color LED indicator
One year limited warranty

INCLUDES: 12ZHP Synthesized Transmitter (not available separately)
72MHz MZ-FM Module (only available through Futaba Service Center)
R5014DPS 72MHz Receiver (FUTL7700)

why r people not jumping on this one?
Because you are a new user posting a high dollar item. A lot of people have been ripped off recently, and a large portion have been from new users with high dollar items at low prices. May not be fair, but people have to watch out.

did a reverse lookup on Yellowpages.com... and yes, the phone number is legit.... if you can get a hold of him via that phone number, then you at least know it's a real hobby shop.. haha... but in all seriousness, if he owns his own hobby shop, hell.. no wonder he's selling it for so cheap... he gets his gear at hobby shop prices...

FWIW
Guys, I bought a 12mz a month ago from a member on RR, didn't know the guy, he did not have a hobby shop or other real traceable listing.....paid $1K for it and was tickled to get it for that price.

I suggest you stop piddling around and grab it up if you want one.
