I am using a fun key blade for my concept 30dx. Its originally for the voyage E. Its 450mm. Just a little bit shorter than the original concept blade, you may need to add a little pitch so the engine wont over rev.

The specs posted were for the origional FOAM blades.
I did an upgrade to later production blade grips which allowed for the use of wood blades. This requires thrust bearings like Kyosho # H-3241 which were found on ebay. If you wish, I will search for the part numbers for the entire conversion.

It's all part of the continuing Saga of the DX

y1der
A fellow by the name of Greg up in Post Falls, Idaho, makes replacement blades for the Concept 30. They have an 8mm root and are 520mm long. Here's his eBay home page:

http://myworld.ebay.com/y1der/

He also CNC mills replacement struts for the Concept 30 and T-Rex. They are reviewed over on another site which RR calls an "illegal word", so I guess I can't link it from here. Just google for "PMC struts".

Anyway, Greg is pretty good to deal with, and has really good reviews on his blades, struts, and custom-made Concept 30 parts. According to him, he does it to support his "heli habit", but I'm just glad to find someone making replacement parts for my Concept 30!
