Blade tracking?
I am flying the EVO50. I used to have a perfect tracking, I am trying a new set of GCT blade. After I put it up, the tracking is out, does it mean the blade is not balance? I managed to get the tracking back but when I check the pitch, one side is zero degree n the other side is -1 degree. Is it ok? Should i need to balance the blade?

You ALWAYS need to at least check that the blades are balanced before bolting them on the heli. Most quality carbon blades are sold pre-balanced. I've never heard of CGT blades. Are they fiberglass or carbon? Cheap glass or composite blades can have twist issues as well as being out of balance.

Tracking issues can also be caused by:

1. Bent spindle
2. Bad thrust bearings in the blade grips

If the blades are balanced I would check or replace the spindle before doing any major adjustments to the linkages.

i got the blade balance, the tracking is fine now but the blade is out of tracking when i change the collective between 0 degree to 4 degree. Due to bend spindle? I didn't crash spindle also can be bent?

Yes, Evo spindles can bend even if you don't crash. A hard landing or momentary blade-stall from bogging can cause the spindle to bend enough to cause an out-of-track situation. The problem is that the out-of-track condition causes further spindle damage, so it's sort of a catch-22.

There is a Quick-UK version of the spindle that is reported to be a bit harder than the stock one. However, I have bent the Quick-UK one as well with an emergency hard landing (no boom strike) so I don't think the difference is that much. Also, the Quick-UK version doesn't come with replacement bolts while the stock Hirobo spindle does.

The spindle is just one of those items to keep and eye on, and have one or two spares in stock just in case. It only takes a few minutes to change it out.
