Dumb Question?
I know this is going to sound like a total novice question but here it goes. I am getting ready to install my servos and do you guys use the brass eyelets in lieu of the rubber isolation mounts? I have not used them in the past when using the metal servo mounts plates. Just curious, the manual diagrams look like they are using the brass eyelets. Thanks and I accept the flogging that will come!

i use them as the brass is there so you don't overtighten the servo and the rubber actually can do it's job of stopping vibes.

cheers

the only dumb question is the question not asked. Should you be flooged I hope it is by a scantily clad woman. (now thats a great flogging!) without the plates you would use the eyelets to prevent over tightening of the screws.
