Rotor Tech VS Radix
i just finished off my 3rd set of Rotor Tech blades, i absolutly love these things, but i wanna try something different. i'm lookin at the Radix. i like the rotor techs because i love doing high speed precision moves instead of mast bending piro flipping madness. i know some blades dont handle well with high speeds. so i'm wondering if the Radix will allow it.

Thanks. i love to auto, so i figured i would get the 185g set instead of the 175g. they are cheaper then the RT too, which is a big plus. Over here, when all is said and done, i pay over $200 for a set of Rotor techs...which really hurts in a crash Shawn

Those yellow tipped Rotor Techs have been out for a good while now(before Radix). If you like doing the precision stuff, they are more than capable even while they are predominantly designed for 3D.

yeah, i know they are good precision blades, thats why i love them to much. with these blades, my Vigor NEVER does anything unless i tell it to. i clocked my Vigor a few weeks ago doing 100mph with a gps strapped to it. if i wanted to i could have taken my hands off the radio and it would have kept going. i'm just hoping i can get the same results from the Radix. i know a lot of the FAI guys use the RT blades for their flying. Scott Gray uses them both for 3D Masters AND FAI flying.Shawn

Radix blades and rotortech blades are made by the same company: fun-key, if I'm correct.
I have them both. Same precision, great blades.

CY just won the National with Radix and Chen won the Masters with them also. They go well with Vibes.

yeah, but thats with hard core 3D though, i was asking if they are stable at high speeds. and...in all honesty, it doesn't matter to me what they use, i bet they could make mavricks or even wood blades look good. i try not to be baught anymore on what better pilots use. i just want what works for me.Shawn
