Mini Joker
What are the flight reports on the Mini Joker? I am interested in getting a 50 size but it is between this and the MA Razor.

The boys have posted it looked sensational at IRCHA. They also note that it uses the Ion head, so it should be basically bullet-proof using 50-sized components

I have not seen a weight yet. My Logo 14 carbon is 6.25 lbs..

I really like the MFS head. I was able to fly a friends Joker and I love d the feel of the heli. This heli looks bullet proof.

There's a couple of pictures online. Mostly on more "electric" oriented forum.

What are you looking in term of pictures?

I'll be getting one as soon as I can see more information about this heli too. My local (canada) seller does not even have them in stock yet! I'd like to see a video of it with more details on setup and head speed. All I've seen up to now is the one on their official web site (or usa importer)...

Hello,

There was an article on Model Helicopter World some time ago. You may want to check it out. I also found some pictures on German forum: http://www.rc-heli.de/board/index.php?topic=50863.45.

Those are the pics I was looking for. I would like to get some feedback on the flight characteristics and what different setups people are using.

I have been flying the Mini Joker most of the summer.
I'm a sport flyer and have a mild setup.

Tango motor 45-10, Jazz 55 10 32 ESC, 6s2p battery

Before the MJ, I flew a Joker CX for 3 years. The CX is
a stable, very smooth, fast heli. I find flying the MJ
is just as smooth, but more like driving a sports car.
It is more nimble and I'd bet a better 3D machine. It just
puts a smile on your face.

Steve

P.S. Anyone looking a Joker CX ? I may just replace my CX
with a second MJ.

We have uploaded some films from IRCHA now.

Look on the minicopter-homepage in the Download-area.

Pictures and flight reports
I finally took the time to take pictures of mine.

It is a great machine. Some initial building issues but when you get it going you will be very happy. my setup is 30-12, stock pinion, 10S TP extremes. 2100 RPM headspeed for 3-D, 1650 for just flying around. It has the quietest transmission you will ever hear. very nice overall. My Joker1 does larger more graceful manuevers, the mini is a little fast deomon for quick response 3D. They have become my primary machines.
