U dont need a metal head 4 hard 3D, jason krause had a raptor 50 4 a while an he flew very hard 3D with a completely stock machine except 4 some upgraded dampeners.

What do you mean they don't care?
I did sent you a "PM" of what you need to do, did you follow the intructions. You need to get in contact with customer service "they"
are the one's who will decide on your issue. The fact that you say because it was a $ 400. we don't care. <-- Now that is not right, (mr.k) you know that I gave you the information on what you need it to do, now if you choose not to do it then it's on you. Don't be saying that we don't care because if there was any thruth to do that, we would not be even in business an I (David L.) would not be working here.

What you need to do mr.k is get in contact with Customer Service and if you feel you need to speak with a supervisor to resolve your issue then ask for him. The number is 949.833.0088 and when they answer ask to speak with C/S.

Temjin, no one said Ace (or any other manufacturer or distributor) is responsible for their crashes, so stop putting words in people's mouths. You don't even live in a country that is serviced by Ace, why do you feel the need to call people who have been serviced by them liars? I don't say that some company in Taiwan that I have never dealt with, and never will is great when you say it's not. Like it or not, the Raptor is a good product that is let down by the horrible customer service of Ace. If I lived in a country where I didn't have to give Ace money to own one, I'd have a Raptor 50 Titan in a second. But I don't, so they can keep it, I'll own competing products that have good support and just as good or better flying qualities.Nick Crego

What I love about your posts, Mike, is that everytime you and I get into an argument, I receive 5-10 pms saying that they agree with me, and all your attitude does is damage the TT brand, and illustrate my point. I'm not getting into it with you again. You and I are on opposite sides of an issue and will not see eye to eye on this. I will not own anything Ace distributes as long as the current system for customer service is in place, and if people don't point out problems, they never get fixed.
So then why bother with your posts in the Raptor forum that do nothing but add negativity to a brand that YOU DON'T OWN?
So where were you on the numerous posts in this forum where I have helped guys with problems with their Raptors, Mr Team Raptor? As I've said many times in the past, I am one of 2 club instructors for helis in one of the largest clubs in America, therefore I NEED to keep up on the various helis out there, as I have to help people with Raptors. Now that I've told you this for the 10th or so time, stop asking. Commit it to memory this time, or print it out and tape it next to your monitor, and save us both the typing in the future. Your posts are boring and full of senseless dreck, and I am tired of reading them.

i tried 3 times whit ace not including yours ...
after the 2 pms i sent u ( ace in rr) I send 2 emails to ace Customer Service and no answer , then a phone them call an nobody knows what to do .. i dont have the need for the 400 dlls thanxs God,and not because im rich or something, but is the service that i dont like it and most of all a good brand like raptor or ace do not givme an answer. people said that te plastic head is not good for 3d so, why they sell the kit whit plastic?? and the rpm they were the optimal for what the manual said .. so i was confused. i got nothing to complain about raptor but maybe a like i said it was a defective manufactured piece ..
If you dont want to crash it DON´T fly it !!!

That's what you sounded like. I do live in a country serviced by Ace and that's United States. I don't know if you are living in another United States on Mars or something. Like I said before, when I called Ace I never had problem having my phone picks up in five rings. I guess I am that lucky.

Mr. Fortin, just my two cents concerning Eurkolos Aka Nick, I own two raptors a 50 and a 90, and Nick has always been the person that gives me a hand in working out a problem online and at the field he is a one in a million and a credit to this great hobby. He has a wealth of knowledge that I can only imagine having for myself and to top it off he is a young man. With all the problems I have had not once has Nick bad mouth a Raptor in fact he praises them, the only hang up he has is with customer service and he as never tried to disuade anyone from using customer service or buying a Raptor. Personelly I have never had a bad dealing with TT customer service but have had bad dealings with other vendors and I won't do business with them. So let Nick say his piece I would take his advice over yours anyday!!

MR.K I am sure you won’t have any problem tiring to contact ACE, have a second try.
We will be in my field today, come on by and bring your heli.
We will help you…………. 15 friends can fix your heli in like 10 minutes.
