Ahhh I forgot it's the same kinda pins as the ones on the PC chips, the place I worked throw aways bad motherboards everyday, I probably just need to go there and dig the dumpster.
I can't find any 2mm pinions with grub screw on the web. It's all "bore" type, that means it needs to be pull and push right?
would HobbyTown USA have them?
I have a computer Tx, I will probably go with 4100kv/ 8t then.
Thanks a lot Skiddz, you helped me a lot everywhere in this forum!

I used the pinion from the stock 8t motor to put on my park370.

Yeah, salvage jumper headers from old PC parts for the extended pins. They work just fine.

I just opted for a new pinion 'cuz I didn't want to hassle with trying to get the old pinion off the stock motor. (Yeah, I know, I'm lazy. heheh)

If memory serves, it's a 2.3mm shaft on the motor. I got my 8T pinion from the local hobby shop. I've heard, but have not confirmed, that some of the larger slot car scales also use 2.3mm shaft sizes on their motors and you might be able to find a pinion at a slot car oriented shop.A helicopter is 10,000 parts spinning rapidly around an oil leak.

Cool Thanks Skiddz, now I just need to wait for my budget to allow more spending. it will probably cost me 110 bucks to upgrade to BL.

hehe, at least. I think I was close to $130 for my BL conversion once you factored in all the new connectors etc...

IMO it's money well spent..
