just leave trvo alone, he will get it done, the more time you waste asking him when it will be done the less time he will have to work on it. he said manytimes before, it will be done when its done

There is no hurry if it doesn’t fly any better than the real thing.Overated and over priced. I flew it the same day as a synergy. I bought the synergy.

lexzoom: Well... overrated I don't know since I havn't flown one (but I hardly doubt it since its based on the original Avant which is great) but saying its overpriced and then running to buy a plastic heli for 1000$ is a little crazy at least don't you think?

Btw, was your synergy complete? 3 friends of mine that bought the kit had parts missing...

"Synergy = Poor mans Vmax

what is that suposed to mean? so your saying a 13lbs vmax is better than a 10.5 lb synergy? and a avant is like an expensive trex? you got some goofy logic there, did you ride the short bus as a child?

I presume you have actually flown these models? In the real world not simulator land. That is where the real comparison should be.If not you are in for a shock

My VMax comes out to 10.8lbs with blades and some fuel, dunno where you got 13lbs from???

ouch, that's heavy!!!

I am running it in 3D form, with no frame stiffners, all carbon etc and light undercarriage...

lexzoom, I am curious to know that if the VMax, Synergy and Aurora are both not up to your standards, what the hell are you flying cos I want one! It can't be the Rappy 50, Trex 450 SE or Concept 30 that you have in your profile...

In my opinion, the Synergy rocks the pants off anything on the market currently, of course there's the Vibe with a slight edge over the synergy but with bank robbing repair bills. Granted, I have not flown the Aurora but I can see that from an engineering point of view, the Aurora has major qualities which will make it awesome in the air. When they are released or if I can convince someone to give me a go I'll be able to confirm this...

I'm not going to comment on the VMax as I'll probably get 'that is because you are sponsored by them' remark...

Let's just point out that no heli will be perfect, ever, some people like Century helis, and some like Synergys, it's the person that decides...

Anyway, this is an 'Aurora for XTR' thread. Let's keep it that way...

trvo: you model is comming out very nice

About lexzoom... a "heliman" with no history at RR but claims he has flown the Aurora and is bashing it here... very suspicious in my opinion. Sorry, I'll give credits when independent ppl start testing and reviewing the birds.

Your right I am a "heliman" with no history at RR I have been wasting my time all these years standing in the middle of a field flying helicopters when I should have been sitting at my PC collecting points TALKING about helicopters. Maybe I will send my synergy back before I build it.Maybe i could start a new topic on that.Extra club points.Bonus.
