EC135
Matt's EC135 has been stripped and rebuilt to the Vario specification, with the exception that I have changed the rear gearbox gearing to 22 teeth driving 16 teeth
It still does not fly correctly there is still not enough tail authority
yesterday was not a good day for flying the wind speed was up to almost gale force, the idea was to check the tracking and setup the head, but the urge to see if all my work had paid off was too much
I have now changed the tail blades to carbon and stiffened the tail push rod, today looks like a better day so will try again

What a nice job you have done on the transfers and decals, it really looks nice and scale like.

I look forward to seeing you On Thursday evening

ps - What was the cause of the tail virbration ? cos my helper run it on dial thing (excuse my terminology) to make sure it run true, he also pun it up on a drill, and he re shimmed the gears and replaced the tail drive shaft and added an extra bearing in the boom to support the tail drive.

Matt I see you have come out with all guns blazing again.
The stiffened push rob has helped with the tail authority, I still had problems with the almost gale force winds again today, but I managed to turn to the left but the wind stopped it turning very far,
whoever did the previous mod to the tail pushrod only fitted a short length of carbon and made up the difference in 2.5mm both the pieces had cranked section in them which allowed the whole length to bend under load, I will replace this and put in a larger diameter carbon rod and change the routing so as it is more inline from servo to gearbox, some thing Ben had done on his
