Connectors for Swift
What connectors are you using for the battery on your Swift? I am having a really hard time soldering Deans connectors to my battery pack, the thick battery wires are not transferring heat well.
Wow, the ground was closer than I thought.

You need a hotter gun then or a larger tip to hold the heat better.

How many watts is your soldering iron?? I ve soldered those with a 25watt one, but 40watt is nice.Victoria BC, Canada, Century Swift,Trex SA 450, Hummingbird V3.

I'm using 4mm gold plugs which were a pain to solder until I bought a 125W gas soldering iron Steve -Trex 700N, Trex 600N, Raptor 550E, 450SE, Mini Titan, Logo 5003D, Beam E4
