Just use flaperon (FPN) mixer and then trim should have an impact to another flap also when considering aileron functionality.

If you meant that you need to have trim for flaps then you need to go to flaperon menu and set maximum % of total throw to be available for your trim control. Trim affecting to flaps has to be set for ch6 in FNC menu. Meaning Trim control set for ch1 (primary aileron) is the one controlling both ailerons and then trim control set for ch6 is the one controlling flap activity of the aileron surfaces. See also Airbrake (ABK) mixing for further possibilities.

This is atleast for 9Z WC2 variant and came now from distant memory and therefore might not be accurate... (Upgraded transmitter for some time ago and this is the setup you do somehow automatically without considering too much )
