you need to flip the switch that controles your gyro three times to center the tail just flip the switch on off on and the gyro will blink and you will have set center of the gyro the gyro does not know where center is untill you flip it on off onThe first step in gettin help is admitting you have a problem ( yes I am addicted to helicopters )

This may be an obvious question...but did you simply try adjusting the rudder trim? If the tail is just drifting, that is a trim issue. Adjusting the gain will just make the gyro more or less sensitive. That's not the adjustment you want to make for a drift problem."Learning from mistakes gets expensive"

Ouch...quit it..you'll hurt my feelings.
Veteran status only means i've posted a few times in the last year. For the most part, i'm self taught and i'm still learining.
I have made small rudder adjustments in the past to correct a yaw, and it worked fine.

Check all your tail linkages. If they are loose fitting, it might cause a drift. Had this happen on my Cal-30. I looked at the linkage and could see daylight through it. Changed out the link and all is good. Also, if it was a hard hitting crash, check to make sure your gyro is still mounted nice and tight. If you are using servo tape it might have jarred loose and small vibrations in the helo will cause it to drift on you. Again, I've had this happen. Oh yeah, I just thought of another one, If you have alot of wires around the gyro, EMI will play a part. It sounds weird but it will happen. Whenever I would turn on my gyro, once it initialized, the 9254 I am running would have a constant glitch to it. I rerouted my servo wires and battery wires away from the gyro, and it's like it isn't even on now, beside the red light telling me it is. LOL. Nice and solid now. Check these and let us know.
