Been Bitten By the Electric BUG....Loving the logo 10--have ??? about cyclics though
Well, I used to be a Nitro lover ...had 12 of them at this time last year...now I'm down to just 3 nitros....And 6 Electrics...I have been flying the Logo 10 lately..MAN, that thing is SOOOOO smooth it's just plain Awesome! I have been playing with the trex's so long that I forgot what it's like to fly a larger bird. My Logo 10 Rocks now...

The only thing I want to change is the Cyclics...I have the hollowed out 3d paddles...Does anyone have any suggestions on how to speed up the cyclics?...anyone tried different paddles?....I'm thinking of trying the Green TT's...not sure if they are lighter or not....

Here's my setup

Tango 45-10
CC 80 ESC
TP 42006s2p packs
BEC
Futaba 9650's on cyclics
401/9254

Setup seems to make very good power...not a killer like my trex but good...

Make sure you have maxed your Swash AFR without binding.
Else you can try a longer flybar.

Ps: Maybe optical illusion but on the picture your flybar look bent..

The TT green paddles are heavier than the Logo 10 3D paddles (22 grams vs 16 grams).

I've compared the TT green paddles to the Logo 10 paddes (22 grams vs 26grams), and they do speed up the cyclic.

I second that, the paddle/flybar nearest the camera looks bent to the right, at the point where the fly bar goes into the carrier

that's what I thought...figured the 3d paddles were lighter than greenies..
Good Eye MrMel My flybar was a little tweaked in that pic...tried flying a couple nicad packs before I got my new 6s packs...accidentally killed the packs about 30 feet up while doing a climbout...needless to say it killed the headspeed and stopped the blades...landed flat enough to just break the landing gear and tweak the flybar..lol...been changed since...I will check tonight to see if I can get a little more travel out of the swash...see if that helps...Anyone know of what one or where to get a longer flybar?...I compared the logo 10 3d flybar to my rap 50 and they are almost the exact same length....

You can "extend" your flybar by putting the paddles as long out as you safely can (in other word, dont thread them all the way in) but still enough to make them sit tight.

Havent tested how far out you can go on the Logo though, but that trick I used on my Raptor.

The Raptor 3mm x 400mmish flybar is a perfect fit. Supposed to be stronger as well.

I use these paddles:
http://www.fxaeromodels.com/advance...keywords=KSJ328
KSJ328-2 - KSJ 3-D Paddles(Purple)(3mm - Logo 10)

They have two holes in them, one at the same cg location as the stock 3d paddles, and then a farther aft hole that's for aerobatics. I haven't tried the aero setting yet, but I bet it's much quicker.
They are lighter by a gram or two than the logo10-3d paddles.

I can vouch for the Rappy flybar.

The stock Logo flybar is soft as butter. The Raptor one is much stronger.

As far as the paddles go, lighter is better for aerobatics so why not?

KSJ's.....
Did they speed up the cyclics on your logo?...did you notice a difference?....I may try them out...

On the nitros I never used KSJ's though because they tend to be pitchy...looks like the choices are a lot more limited as far as logos go though...I wish Vblades would make a super lightweight paddle for the logo...I love their paddles...

They sped the cyclic up quite a bit over the stock logo paddles. I've never used the logo-3d paddles though. Not sure what you mean by pitchy. I did lose one of the flybar/mixarm links in flight, and the paddles stayed very stable. They even allowed me to complete a flip before landing to find out what's wrong.

You should be able to get 6.5 to 7 degrees of cyclic on ele/ail with swash afr maxed out and no binding with stock should be plenty of cyclic with stock paddles. Running a HS of 2150 + really speeds things up on the L10 as well. Cheers...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

Second what Shawn writes - get a cyclic ring and maximize the swash throw

If you can wait until september, have some extra cash lying around and dont mind fiddeling with hundreds of parameters to get things working as you want you could just get the one of these:
http://www.logo10.de/vstabi/start.html

I sure will
