Can I still use my 3 cell?
Well...I just checked my Apex 3 cell 2200 after I accidentally shorted it and it shows only 8.5V. Could I use it as a 2 cell and charge it as a 2 cell? What can I do with it? It seems like only one cell is messed up.

i had the same thing happen to a thunder power of mine..i charged it at the lowest rate possible and it brought it back to life..it now reads 12.6v charged and it is not warm what so ever..it is in a fire safe box for safety..I've used it once now on the bench with out any problems..i may have gotten lucky, but i am still discharging it, and charging it to make sure its not acting weird..of course, I'm watching with eagle eyes
