just plug the GPS coords into google maps, works great. It's behind Mather field outside of Rancho Cordova. From CoCo you'd go 680->80->50

So did we get lucky enough to have that N9 in the raffle? Just curious what kind of goodies are going to be raffled this year?

Any update on the online registration?

How about the block of rooms at the courtyard? Are they ready to take reservations with the funfly discount?

Guys make sure you reserve a room for yourselves at the discount rate. The hotel also has a spa and a gym for guests to use ! The rooms will go fast so reserve one as soon as possible only three weeks left until the fun begins !! Kevin (Jagged Edge) Hollingsworth

SVRW fun fly
I always look forward to this event. A couple of us will be coming
up to represent Century, and I'm encourging some of the Bayside
members to come up also. This event has been getting bigger every
year, and with Jason Krause, Alan and Danny Szabo coming, It will
be worth the drive. I will be available to help beginners with
setup and flight triming. I will also be available for buddy box
instruction if anyone is interested. If I can talk my wife into
bringing her digital projector, we will do some simulator flying
outdoors at night on a 5' x 7' screen.

See you there

FYI...

We have awesome 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize trophies for all events this year, plus, and I hate to say it, "Most Spectacular Crash". I don't like highlighting a pilot's misfortune of a crash, but perhaps they will laugh about it later - after the financial pain wears off.

The trophies are really awesome this year.

Hope you will like them too.

Last minute notes:
Eagles Nest Rd to the north of the flying field is un-paved and will bruise your kidneys if you drive it faster than 3 mph. Recommend coming in from the south off of Kiefer Blvd. or Jackson Hwy.

Night flying on Saturday... anybody have a set of 600mm night blades I can borrow?
