Great question! I have the same Dell with the exception of the Video card mine is an ATI Radeon X1400 w/256MB memory. I'm looking for a Sim and am also concerned about being able to run it.
What does this mean?

"I would recommend getting Notebook Hardware Control though to control the clocking of the CPU."

I've never heard of that. Is it a program I need?

I actually think thats the same graphics card that I have...All I know is that i choose one of 3 cards, the Nvidia, Radeon or the crappy integrated graphics card. So we must have the same card, sounds familiar too.
