Shakes......
Hello,
I have a Raptor 50 with ther Dragon full metal head,
Hyper 50 and a GV-1.
Running 1600 and 1950 RPM, shakes at both RPM settings.

I have some shakes up/down, in the tail that i just cant get rid of.
I have changed the main shaft, blade axle, stabilizer bar, paddles, tested different sets of blades (TT600 and V-Blades).
I have also checked with different Tail blades carbon and plastic.
I added tape to the blades to see if the blance was off.
All i have seen is from bad to worse, i am out of ideas......

I held my hand on the tail while revving it up, it sure feels like the shake is originating towards the main rotor and not the tail.

Any one that have any input or suggestions??

Thanks,
Niklas

try messing with your needles on your motor.
has happened to me on my rappy 70.
had to lean her out a little.
if that don't help check for broken teeth on your gears/belt

Sounds like something may not be right with the head – try a few flight with the stock head and see if that makes any difference (use the blue dampers for the test, the red ones are not happy at low headspeeds).

Did you grease your dampeners? If you did when you built it have you lubed them recently?

Silicon dielectric compound (grease) available at most auto parts stores.
