I'm still running an 11t pinion at the moment, but based on Irwin's post, I may switch back to the 12t. Even on the 11t though, the blades are humming right along. I'll try to get someone to tach the headspeed this coming weekend and report back next Monday.

I got in a couple flights this past Sunday on the GasHer. Beleive me, this machine is a solid flyer. It's also nimble: I rolled it for the first time and was impressed with how quickly it rolled. It wasn't as fast as an all out 3D heli, but more than fast enough for me.

As I get more comfortable flying the Gas Her, I'll start doing more flips, rolls, inverted, etc with it.

FINALLY SOME TIME FOR ME
This was really the first weekend in more than 8 months that I had a day off just for me.....
I am lucky enough to be drive up on my soy covered fields where w have a morning & evening landing strips & room for plently of cars to park.

I have been using Colemans & 2.5 oz of AMSOL per gallon..With just a full throttle prime switch on & turnover (nothing to eat BTW) using a Sul Hi torque & 16.8V li-po battery the Z-26 was running is 1/2 a second....The Zenoah has been nothing short of a fantastic motor.

With the help of my almost 11 year old daughter doing the RPM & fueling the tank we were able to get 3.5 tanks throught the machine.
The head speed using a 12 tooth was around 1750-1775 with big power with 700MM blades. It takes a little getting used to flying a 12.5 pound machine....It has been 17 years since I flew a Schluter that was that heavy....

Since I am not a 3D flyer but rather basic aerobatics, flip
& some inverted flight I can tell any one not flying gas it is different. The torque takes something to get used too. The hover is as smooth as possible....Like all our machines they are as responsive as you want with adjustable timing now on our heads....

We will have the gas her at the Atlantic City show for any one to test. The weekend looks like it is going to be beautiful....Great early fall weather.

LAter today we will get the Webra ready to go as well & will post if the rain holds off.
