shark
strange things happening over this side of the pond, we have had sighting of a couple of carcharodon carharias (great white shark to you and me) theres strong evidnece they have been operating in this area theres even some evidence a local has found that they have attacked a rather large dolphin or seal (cant remeber which it was but judging by the amount of fat on the pic it looked like a seal)
not sure how much of them being carcharodon carharias is true but it looks big and its defiently not a vegetarian.

could be a bull shark... looks quite similar to a great white to an untrained eye, and they've been seen in freshwater RIVERS over a thousand miles inland in the United States... it's said that they swim into fresh water to breed and have pups and are extremely aggressive... and they grow to about 10 feet or so... so it could be mistaken for a great white...

i cant see a bull shark manageing to swim this far and keep warm enough, the great whtite has the energy to make this long journey and the mitabilizium (i know it probably spelt wrong) to deal with the change in water temp.my first thought was it could be a basking shark untill the evidence of a kill showed up , it might be bull as i know theres a lot of bull about compared to a great white .
its a shame though the national papers got hold of the story and start callinging it jaws and the scare mongering continues.
