Ok I am going to goto lipos on my heli, just ordered a TP1320 3cell , I already have the accu-cycle elite.... guess I will get the thunder power balancer. I am new to this lipo stuff and reading alot on them,, just confused ...this balancer will let me know when they have got full charge when hooked up while charging but wont cut charger off right? Charger supposed to do this on its own, so this is just a safety precaution along with balancing cells? Also if anyone has this balancer does it show you volts in each cell or should I get a digital volt meter?

You got it right. The TP balancer don't show voltage of cells, unless you hook it up by its data port to the TP-1010 charger. A voltmeter is a very handy tool for e-flight.
