I set up my helicopter today using a futaba 9Z with CCPM. The closest swashplate setting that matched my setup was SR3. As seen in the Futaba manual it shows that the aileron and pitch are towards the front of the heli with the elevator towards the back. Well my heli has the aileron and pitch at the back and the elevator towards the front. I don't see a setting for that configuration. When I apply pitch it's reversed. Advance throttle causes the swash to move down applying negative pitch and decreasing the throttle applies positive pitch. I figured the obvious was to reverse the pitch servo but that is not the answer. Got a clue???

Turn it till she snaps then back off an eight.

the obvious solution is the wrong solution.

there are 2 ways of changing direction and you'll need to
probably use a bit of one and a bit of the other as you setup the
machine.

you only want to use MDL->REV if individual servos are backwards.
say, for example, if both aileron servos went up (or down)
on a aileron command).

You want to use MDL->SWH and flip the +/- sign on the mix for
the function if an entire function is backwards.

if everything is moving correctly except that pitch is reversed
for movement of the left stick, then go into MDL->SWH and flip
the +/- for pitch.
