If I go with 3 9451's , would a 9252 go well for the throtle ?

Sure it would. If your using a govenor then a faster servo is ideal (e.g. S9254) - but if not then S9252 should be fine.

hmmmm...I know the rev max is not as big issue when not using a super speed servo compared to other govs. The S9252 will work fine, but if it were me, I'd buy a S9254.
