anyone know where i can get a couple of flood lights (looks like the kc lights on a 4 wheel drive)and a very super bright white led

2 sizes of floods available from them .They can make you a custom harness for all your lights,

but the maxx lights are a bit to big like Heli_jack says

don't write MAXX off yet. give him a call or email him with your requirements.
I believe it was Will I dealt with, but like has been said, their customer service is excellent!
He made up two custom built light sets for a very very good price. He may be able to get you the lights the size you want.

I used a small flashlight lens and made the rest from Balsa. The light is from a Curtek kit. ... Worked perfect!

Try http://www.lumileds.com they are the same leds being used for taillights, brakelights and commercial intersection traffic lights. a variety of colors including white. i happen to have a couple myself. ken

found some lights
when i yold my wife i was trying to find some lights for the project she said she seen some that would be perfect in the hobby shop( yes she goes with me all the time and most of the time spends just as much as me lol)anyway they are for the electric trains
then my friend which still has alot of train stuff said hey i got some of thoose and gave them to me here ya go what do you scale experts think about these
they have screw on covers so curtek lights can easily be installed
sorry my camera isnt the best
the cost at the hobby shop is around 7 to 10 bucks so cant beat that
