I am painting a canopy with Dupli-Color automotive enamels. They make a Crystal Clear that comes in a can just like the colors. Anyone know if I can use this as the clear coat over the decals? Will it yellow over time?

Thanks,
Rick

any rattle can that you buy does not contain a hardener in the paint and if exposed to elements like fuel, oil etc. will have a tendency to soften the paint or even worse eat at it...best bet to protect your paint job is use a 2 part clearcoat.. clear+hardener. once that dries it is almost impervious to anything

hope this helps

crashes sponsored by VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX.. just like your heli.. never leave home without it
