Wow..

What do you know.

Another newbie getting burnt by HeliHobby.

Who would have seen that one coming?

ME!!!!!!!!!

MadOlive-
Why did you ever decide to do business with these guys?

Best course of action now (if you paid by credit card) is to call the credit card company or your bank and get you transactions reversed. Along with doing this, you need to fill out a complaint with your credit card company/bank. If enough people complain about these idiots, maybe the CC companies will stop doing business with them.

I have heard alot of bad things about them. Everyone says don't order more than you are willing to loose. Too bad they look like they have nice things on their web site.

Here is a couple of good links for you to follow and make a complaint with the BBB.

I emplore everyone who has been screwed to file complaints with both addresses they have listed..

http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/B...panyID=13198243

http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/B...anyID=100005734

As you can see, one address alone has 18 unanswered complaints while the other has 4..

Don't kill off HeliHobby, they have the best "reference" site on the web. Very detailed descriptions of everything heli all in one convenient glance.

(But I never buy anything from them either.. been tempted to take a chance on ordering their micro canopies for the fun of it though)

Helihobby is great !!!! (not)

As long as you go to the store itself to get what you need

Online, bad news, would be nice if they would get it together, but seems consistently off.

keepin' it real

So, you enjoy the price gouging?

I dont shop there, given I dont support stores that cant operate honestly across the board. Sorry if I gave an impresssion otherwise.

I know alot of locals who shop there, go to the shop and pick their stuff up and get what they need. To them it seems like a good shop. To everyone who shops on line and has problemss.

Stet, they charge more than retail for T-Rex parts, they raise prices as they check out, they charge $24 a gal for CP 30%, where Zooms and MTA has it for $20 and other shops have it for $21. They just suck online and in the store. If people think they are good anywhere, they are being blinded.

I have spent over $1000 in parts with HeliHobby and have not had one problem. I also understand that things can happen to the best of us, however, I feel that I needed to post a positive response to the service and products that I have received from Helihobby.

I have had items backordered, to which I was never charged. My emails concerning product availability were answered promptly. I have noticed that SOME of the merchandise is more expensive, and chose not to purchase the product. IT'S CALLED SHOPPING!

They could always try the unmentionable thing and actually provide service. Seems a bit far fetched I know but theres always hope..........................I cant believe they are still in business.

That is one thing that you Americans have that we dont. Population!. HH can continually pi$$ and rip people off and there are always more punters coming

hummm now i'm a litle concerned
please don't flame me but i ordered from them on line
and got my order as mentioned on a timely mather and was quite satisfied,i had one crystal B.O witch they mentioned before shipping.
i have placed an order last thursday and it shipped on friday so i should get it before the weekend.
don't know about the e-mail as i called them for an order modification witch was made by a nice lady on the other end.
yes some of the stuff is more expensive but as mentioned by the other guy i just don't buy that item.

i will let you guy's know if my second order arrives on time and complete,i am still missing my crystal but i'm verry patient and will not stirr s$#@t for 9$ they said they will ship when in stock and most likely regular mail that can take up to 14 days so time will tell.

i for sure don't work for them in anny way and this topic realy scared me as i didn't know of anny issue about them.i usualy check but was refered to them and satisfied up to now.

realy curiouse about what happened to some of you guys you can PM me
or reply in this topic.
