I have both. There is NO comperison. EVO 50. The T-rex is very nice micro chopper and you can fly it in 10 Knot winds with a lot of work. Evo 50 you can fly in 20 - 30 knot winds with little effort. The bigger the chopper the more stable it is. The trex is a very capable Micro but it is still a micro. The build quality is also much higher on the Evo - Hirobo is top shelf all the way. Align is constantly "upgrading" read "fixing" their product. There are advantages to both you need do a lot of research and compare them in XTR before you make a decision...just my 2 cents. I still like Nitro better - Just when you warmed up for the day both your batteries are dead on the t-rex - with the evo you just fill'er up and keep flying....

GET an Evo 50
ya the best bet is to grab the Evo 50

Spend the money now on all good bits like gyro 401 with the servo
a 3300 Mah reciver batt and good all round servos 4x JrDs8231 servos
get the best now as you will only go out in 5to6 months and go and buy it anyway
if you dont have all the money then waite and save dont rush it
