Hi Guys,
Question I think I read sometime ago that not to use JB weld for gluing the sensor magnet to the fan?
What are you guys using?

No. It's a metal-filled epoxy which may affect the magnetic pickup/sensor.

Hey Crazy Joe,
Drill a small hole in the fan pocket where the magnet goes. When you insert magnet with glue in pocket and try to push it all the way in, so some of the glue / air pocket will release thru hole. Otherwise it will have an air pocket (very tight fit) and the magnet will not go all the way in.

Don't use JB weld on the magnet, use 30min epoxy.

My CA always seems to get soft with fuel exposure.
JB Weld will work.
Does not seem to affect my sensor reading at all.
30 min epoxy works too.

Just my experiences.

JB weld
I've used JB weld on every one I've ever installed (about 10 or so) and never had a problem. Cyano remover is basically nitromethane. I'd worry it might loosen up the glue holding a magnet on the fan, too. steve.
