THATS LIKE 2 WEEKS AWAY!!! we need a blurry inside spy photo with all of the black panels installed on the canopy so the only thing we can tell its a helicopter I'm dusting off a spot in the hanger as we speak LOL

hmm how much more battery is it gonna use? cuz one of the problems with the swift is the expensive ass battery and more expensive parts... trex is great cuz repair is a lot cheaper!

~OCHC~ Never regret. If it's good, it's wonderful. If it's bad, it's experience

I would be very interested in the bigger TREX. Especially it's windy here in Wichita. The Wizard of Oz isn't just set in this state for no reason .

Well if it is a near 30 size it will likley use something like a 6S2P which will be in the 265-325 USD mark per battery depending on if you want the 4000 or 4200mah series. Thats not bad compared to a battery I just got for my Logo 14 which was $525 USD for one battery . Ouch

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

My biggest hope lays in the new A123 batteries or the corrent emoli stuff people have been experimenting with over on rcgroups.

That is exactly my thoughts. Im going to have to wait and see how those batteries come out because lipolys are just too expensive for large helis.

The only problem with bigger electric heli is battery too expensive, $ 250 a pop (tp 3s/2100 , 3 pack) also motor and esc.. If I want bigger trex heli, I will stay with .size nitro heli, say raptor 30 v2, little oil mess and lousy but cheap to fly, no recharger time. Part avaible is good also
