don't take it too much to heart,no helicopter is selling at the moment much,i can tell you,i'm trying to sell a futura se.i cannot give it away at the moment,i put it on ebay with os 70, micro 560,8700g, s3305x2 ds 8231 x1 pcm reciever, zimmerman exhaust and sab blades.it reached a grand total of 6 bids and a price of £155............i just ended the auction early in disgust and sold it to no one.i would have had that 3dnt from you in an instant but i already have one................and it's a mk1 with an upgraded pulley,i've also got a brand new in the box os91 fxh reverse as a spare for it............so i can't justify it!i do sympathize with you though.

I have a NIB ThreeDeeNT
I'd be willing to sell it, but I'll tell you beforehand, I'd want what most would consider an outlandish amount of money for it....around $4000.

1. I love the kit. 2. I think it's a classic, and an unbuilt kit will be an extremely rare find several years from now, and 3. I don't need money.

Put these together, and I wouldn't be willing to sell it unless I got something remarkable for it.

it's not that good that anyone would want to refuse a reasonable amount for it.it's got it's faults like any other heli.it won't be worth that much in years to come.as soon as it becomes a distant memory, you won't be able to give it away, and if ever parts dissapear for it,well then it'll be worth about £99.see for yourself, andy is struggling to sell his at a bargain price.look how everybody on this forum praises the futura se,and what a good helicopter it is.i have nothing against that heli, but the fact of the matter is that it is becoming worth less, you can't give them away.

Rotor-shark.......
When parts are no longer made for it, used and damaged 3D-NTs will be worthless. But a new-in-box, kit is a very different item.

Yes, the 3D-NT has its faults. But it's an incredibly unique heli, and many years down the road (REGARDLESS of the availability of spare parts), there are going to be people who will remember it well....and remember it well enough to be willing to pay a lot of money for a new-in-box kit.

Read my earlier post, Rookie
Basically, I want to keep my 3D-NT kit. The only way I'd part with it is if I got an exquisitely good price for it.
