Hello everyone.

I know that I've read a great number of negative threads regarding Robbe and their level of service. I'm in the process of assembling a Milli II and when I tried to dial in the fan, I discovered that the bolt circle on the clutch hub was off center by at least 0.006", which made it impossible to center the fan. I contacted Robbe Germany, by e-mail and to my great surprise and delight, they wrote back and said they would replace the defective part, free of charge. Today, I received a new clutch hub in the mail.

I thought this very positive and contrary to what we normally hear and so was compelled to share it with you all.

I hope your experiences are as positive as mine have been.

I guess that I will chime in here... After flying for Robbe USA for 4 1/2 years, I found that going directly to Germany was the best solution when it came to problem solving. It is far from "great customer service", but you will find it much better than what is offered on this side of the pond.
