Ok. Heres the situation. Ill be flying my Raptor 50, then the engine just goes into idle. It doesnt shut off, it just goes into Idle. I have my failsafe set on my futaba 9ch so that the engine idles in the case of interference, but the strange thing is that when the engine enters idle, I still have full control over every aspect except the engine, Which is a hyper 50 btw. This leads me to beleive that the problem is not intereference. The throttle servo is a brand new futaba 9001. And the feul lines are brand new as well and are fit properly. And the engine wasnt running to rich or to lean. the finger test proved it to be warm but not too hot to the touch. Whats going on!?!

Sounds like your going into battery fail safe. Does the motor come back to life if you pull the throttle back to closed and then open it back up?

Can you duplicate the problem on the ground without the engine running?

On Futaba PCM radios it will do that when the RX battery gets below a certain point. It puts the throttle to idle to tell you to land, and if you bring the throttle all the way down, it'll give you it back, but take it away again after a minute or so.

Here is the Futaba FAQ describing it. Note that the FAQ is for the 9z, but the 9c does the same thing. Check your manual, and get thee a new RX pack.

It's actually the reciever that does this for you.
When it measures low voltage, it drops the throttle to give you every chance to operate the other servos and land.
You probably have a bad cell.
Time to replace that pack and watch your troubles vanish.

I agree - Get a new battery pack - I like the GP cells from http://www.cheapbatterypack.com

Good Luck...

Watch your Futaba 9Ch Rx
If you are using the Futaba 9Ch Rx, have it check out.
This erratic Rx problem is recurring on Futaba 9Ch R149 DP. It make it look like your battery is going or your throttle servo is going.
