Just curious how far you travel to get to your Hobby Store with your T-Rex needs? Mine is 45 minutes from my house or 15-20 minutes from work

If traffic is good, about 10 minutes.
There's also a local online shop owner who's aways flying at the local field and will bring your order with him for pick-up.

30 minutes

They have a great place to fly there as well. I am there every day that I can. We fly, crash, buy, fly, crash, buy, then we repeat the next day. It is great but causes me to spend way too much $$$.

If you ever go out toward VA Beach, check out Debbies RC World. That is where I am flying, crashing, and buying.

1 hour + from work and about 30 minutes from home. I work in the middle of no where.. lol
To be honest I would travel farther if I had to. i would just spend more when I got there.

There is one within 15 - 20 minutes drive but they only have a handful of Trex stuff.

I stock up on parts by Mail Order from Vancouver (Usually order by Express so arrives in 2 days)

I have a few hobby shops within 30 mins of my house, but none of them have any t-rex parts. Internet only for me.

I was just at Debbies back around X-Mas.

Althought they are fairly large, I did not see anything for the T-Rex.
Maybe I diddnt look hard enough

Closest is 2 hour round trip to Sheldon's in San Jose. Sooo, I mainly keep two of everything in the garage and mail order when I break few parts that takes my garage inventory down.

The LHS for me is 65 miles from home, but only 20 miles from work.

My wife knows exactly what I am going to spend before hand. This ensures 2 things most importantly no fights and since she handles all the money thre's no surprises.

Chris Wish I was flying!

International mail order
1 shop retails all the bling parts (only)and is 100 miles / next day courier away. A national mail/internet distributer exists with slack service (weeks) but has just been bought so we might see a next day service again on all parts and not wait 4 days from Australia.

Debbies RC World is off South Military Highway in Chesapeake Virginia. They use to be in Virginia Beach but moved almost 2 years ago. They are the Largest Family Owned And Operated Hobby Shop In The Hampton Roads Area as far as I know. The last time I was their which is a 40 minuet drive for me, they had 3 Trex's and as for the spare parts I only seen a couple yellow canopies, set of 315 woodies and a set of the yellow plastic paint steerers and maybe a tail boom but not much else. I have mail ordered all my parts so far but if any of the local hobby shops start carrying the parts I need then I have no problem buying from them even if the price is a little higher.
