Did the search first and got pretty much more confused with different info. I just bought the Reflex and installed it. Set it in PPM mode and it acts all messed it. The throttle is off at the top and on at the bottom. Figured the swash set up, but this is not working right. Any help is appreciated to set-up for the 9chp or in providing another link that I may have missed in the search. Also went on the reflex-sim sight and registered, but could not find the downloads for the T-rex (XL or SE). Any help would be great.

Did you calibrate the radio in XTR? Try that, you may even have to reverse some channels, you can do that in XTR also so you dont have to mess around in the radio.

You need to go to Radio-> Assign channels... (or just hit F7). When the dialog comes up, at the bottom, it tells you to "Center all controls". After you do that, the instuctions will change, telling you to move a specific stick a certain direction. Keep following the instructions. If you don't have a function (like flaps or gear) then just hit the Tab key to go on. When you are done you should pretty well be set up. Since the trottle and pitch are mixed on the same stick, it will sometimes mess up that assignment and you need to fix it manually on the same dialog.

Here are a couple of threads that helped me:

Had the G2 and it was alot more simple to use, makes me wish I had gotten the G3. Will try and set up again.

G2 and G3 is a lot simpler to set up because that software comes with its own TX and it is pre-configured to work at the factory. Reflex doesn't, so the sim expects you, the user, to set up your radio to suit its requirements.

Simple, huh?

Make sure radio is setup for PPM, plain-old basic swash config (i.e. no CCPM), ATVs at 100%, (sub-)trims at 0. Linear curve 0-100% for both pitch and throttle. Perform center calibration, and then proceed to assign channels. Ensure throttle and pitch get assigned correctly, i.e. throttle ch 3 and pitch ch 6. Save yourself some time and configure hold switch to AUX channel 7 or 8. If you know you're radio, then it should be relatively simple to setup channels in Reflex.
