Hi guys, I've been looking for an answer but can't find it so here it goes. Last weekend I go fly like always, and my engine wouldn't start. At first I thought it was the Glow Ignitor, so I charged it, then I saw the exhaust wqas covered with a piece of paper towel. Problem solved.

Now the engine starts in a second, but after I set the Heli on the take off spot, it starts blogging down and eventually stops. If I open throttle, it livens up and then works fine. Changed the glow plug and still the same. Of course I tried all adjustments by the manual, low and high speed needles. Maybe I did it wrong. When I land after an auto, if I don't accelerate the engine fast, it dies.

Please give me your suggestions, can it be adustment, internal problem, etc.?

Thanks!

*EDIT* Forgot to mention, Hyper's in a Raptor 50, Mavvrick G4 PRO blades, stock muffler (included with Raptor).

How many gallons through the engine? Possible bad rear bearing?

first check your head bolts/screws, they may be loose,,, something I have noticed about all 3 of my OS 50's, if the idle screw is just not quite right it does this when it's a hair to lean, try richening the idle screw a 1/8 turn, even 1/4 turn, if it wont start at the same trim setting you may need to raise the idle trim (after you get it right you will have to raise the idle on the very bottom of the throttle curve),,,

as I said I have been threw this with 3 OS 50's, so another thing, if your motor stalls as you advance the throttle from a idle~ "same thing" richen the idle screw and raise the idle...

Could just be that you're trying to idle at too low an RPM. You might need to open the throttle just a bit on the bottom end.
