Do you mean "smoke" liquid ? If so It is a high paraffin oil And has the same toxicity that motor oil would have (in liquid form) as smoke, it is smoke

I think there may be some confusion here. I'm pretty sure the thermal fogger uses a liquid insecticide that is used in DIY fogging kits for your own backyard. This liquid is different from liquid smoke. I believe the stuff can be found at local farm & home type stores. I haven't tried this system - I've just spoken with John O. at Airfoil about it.

You are correct its an insecticide that has to be heated into a fog to be activated. Yes its does kill insects on contact and for about a day. It will be removed from the site next week due to worries from different agency's about what it could be used for. Either way we wouldn't ship it out of this country.

The product functions great to be honest it is going into another program for other chemical delivery for other reasons for other agency's only.

Sorry.

Its not a secret but basically you are on track. We work with suicide attempts about 30 times a year. Oddly enough when you fly the heli in the person is very interested. We have carried lots of odd things for different reasons. This will look like something fell off the heli but will knock them out within seconds. We also use it at times to make sure the person if armed can be approached safely.

Sorry I couldn't help it, but I just want to see how do you approach to an armed person with a RC Heli. I guess it will be more dangerous than anything else. Imagine the guy shooting at the heli and the heli going out of control and falling in someone's head.

Fabrizio,

you best check with a local company as laws in the us and the EU will probably be a lot diffrent on the use.

i had a meeting with a company that works with sprayer & foggers and such in whine and fruit plantations and they said that the ammount spread and the effect of smoke was not worth the hassle.

confined to a building would of course be ok, but outside it would not really work.

i remember using a fogger in florida back in the 80´s and that would hold off some skeeters, but also not for long.

i think Dubro makes a nice smoker system with a flow regulator for around 90 €. i had one of those and it works fine with any type of smoke fluid or pestiside. for just smoke antifreeze will work to.

but remember al that stuff is pretty cancerous

from seing the unit airfoil offers it is nothing diffrent. should be done around 95 € if you buy the dubro kit. or less.

check the turbine guys. they have pretty good festo tubung, valves and pumps.

it catches looks at show`s but i doubt you could make money with it.

dont know why John makes such a big fuzz about it.it´s just a smoker pump for a model airplane. and those are not export restricted.

but on the importance scale an export restrictions ups it at least 4 to 7 points

im pretty sure if you want to be effective with killing mosquitos you have to kill them in thier early stage of life, when theyre still liveing in water. An R/C Heli would be perfect for this, if you knew where the mosquitos where coming from.

You could always drop napalm. That will kill them skeeters.

right but ...........does it kill mosquitos or does it not kill mosquitos? and don´t start with: "it also kills you and all your friends plus all the population around your area...", that´s not the question, we are talking about mosquitos.
