Just as I expected. Do you have any opinion that wasnt
formed from some lame conspiracy site?

You hold yourself up as some sort of disgruntled
Republican as if that validates your rhetoric.
You come on various threads here on RR and make inflammatory
statements and to back them up you cite some type of
conspiracy site or cut and paste material from those
same sites.

If you are going to make statements like that here you
had better be prepared to back them up. And try to
formulate your answers with your own words instead
of words from some crazy conspiracy site.
You chose the easy way out. Dismissing somethinb because of its surface appearance as if you know it all already. I seriously doubt you've done objective research on the subject. And I seriously doubt you're even capable of it.

As for me not backing them up... You will always question my source because it doesn't ring truth with what you perception of reality is. Instead of wasting my breath I sent you directly to the source. Do with it what you will.

Oh come on...You actually have the gall to call
that site "objective"? Its nothing new. Same old
conspiracies within conspiracies.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.
And I seriously doubt you're even capable of it.
There you are wrong. Im quite ready to listen to
any arguements provided its based on verifiable fact
or at least some extrapolation of fact.

But I am not ready to allocate my time to some
crackpot conspiracy site or their naive followers.

Unlike some who post here my opinions are not set
in stone. I am quite capable of changing my opinion
on any given subject provided the information is
sound and verifiable.

Then if you're interested go here... http://st911.org/ Then click on the "Why doubt 9/11?" link.

That site deals in valid questions and answers regarding 9-11 and that's all it deals with. If anything I'm sure you'll find it interesting.

I question people who blindly follow George Bush,, I never referred to anyone as "low lifes" as you have,, it was not intended to mock,, more out of a frustration of the desperate difference between reality and what Bush and other Republicans are telling people.
I labeled you not because of what you posted but because of your reason for posting it. You didnt post it to encourage discussion or debate. You posted it to mock those that support the war and the current administration.
Spare me the righteous tongue lashing. The band of Rep. followers that hangs out here attacks and ridicules,, etc anyone who questions Bush or Rep. Dogma

Who I am and where I live is none of your business, unless I choose to contact you. This is America,, I've paid my dues,, the last time I looked we still had a Constitution,, I have the right to do that..

You always end your posts with: " Mike Hammer Galesburg, Il " ie. if you want a piece of me this is where I live.

It's precisely because of over-the-edge people like you I choose to remain anonymous. The mere fact that you are scouring RunRyder to find out who I am,, concerns me. If you find out who I am and where I live are you going to give me a big hug,, or put a brick thru my front window?

Well that was one I hadnt seen before. But using one conspiracy
site to back up another conspiracy site is not thinking "objectively".

They do pose some interesting questions but their answers
are half truths, pure speculation, quotes from unnamed sources
and completely irrelevant items.

They do SEEM to be trying to appear to be legit.
With a name like "Scholars for 9/11 Truth" how could
you doubt them? I searched a few of the so called
references they list and some of the links are dead and some
go to various blogs and other conspiracy sites. A few to
newspaper articles.

Face it. You are a conspiracy nut. Just like the thread
where you went on about the Apollo landings being faked
and your posting of quotes and links to various conspiracy sites.

Your life must be hell. What with the NSA listening in
on your every conversation and black sedans following you
every where you go.

When researching any subject, you're first answer is typically not the entire truth. So, half truths or whatever don't bother me, I believe they're on the right track.

Legit in what way, that they're real people, have real Phd's, are scientists and engineers? What?

If it is a grand scandal... I think it would be very difficult to find hardcore evidence pointing to that fact. One must first ask valid questions and then find the best answers that address those questions.

True enough. But just because things dont add up or
there are incongruities in the sequence of events does
not necessarily mean there is a conspiracy involved.

Things that are often labeled as components of a conspiracy
can usually be more readily explained by mere incompetence
or misinterpretation.

I know this is not directed towards me as I've made it clear I'm not a democrat... Unless your reading comprehension needs to be addressed.

Other than that, I believe you're right and I in no way would want to see her in office. The last president I had respect for was Reagan. Bush Sr, Clinton and Bush Jr are all traitors in my opinion. Hillary would make them look like patriots.

No. It wasnt directed towards you but Bush Haters in general.
The last president I had respect for was Reagan. Bush Sr, Clinton and Bush Jr are all traitors in my opinion. Hillary would

I was actually a registered Democrat at one time. Voted
for Carter in 76. In 1980 I voted for Independant John Anderson.
During the 80s I was one of the so called "Reagan Democrats".
Voted for Reagan in 84 but mostly voted for Democrats locally.

In 88 I voted for Bush Sr. but in 92 I hate to admit it
but I voted for Bill Clinton. I was at first interested
in Ross Perot but once you dug beyond his cute one liners
he had nothing to offer.

96 was a problem. A weak candidate in Bob Dole or
another 4 years of Clinton. I went with Dole.

In 2000 I was initially quite interested in Bill Bradley
but he unfortunately didnt make the Primaries.

To get an idea of why the Democratic party of today is
NOT the Democratic party I was in favor of at one time
just read Zell Miller's speech as given at the 2004
Republican convention. He hit the nail right on the head.

I will not support a party with front men the likes of
Howard Dean, George Soros and Michael Moore.

Interesting reading. Will the real Michael Moore identify himself? Some people an this forum must worship the ground he walks on. He is an extremely brilliant man who can twist truths into his own LIES and make MILLIONS from the sheep (liberals) who actually believe his carefully edited clips. I almost have to admire him for that (and that's about it). The interesting thing is all the D A liberals who accept all the twisted facts as truth.

OH and when it come to fighting a war I much prefer an away game! Clinton could have done that but didn't that's why game one was played here. Did all those (so called) liberal phd's put that in their report. By the way a phd does not mnake you an inteligent person it only says you studied hard. There are far too many people out there educated beyone their level of inteligence.

Maybe if we look back on WWII the "experts" could prove that the US gov't planned the attack on Pearl Harbor. Probably a conservative Republican.

Nuf said, but interesting reading.

fellow heli fanatics,i usually just read narrow minded rr bs for laughs however.....

why so much hatred? if you question bush why are you automatically a bush hater?

why can't the neocons admit bush has routinely misled us and is not so bright? there are so many examples.

we all have a responsibility to question any of our leaders' decisions. that is the essence of democracy. that is not being a supporter of terrorists.

if he is such a fine cowboy why is he afraid of horses and prefers bicycles (he can't even ride a bike well)? he was born in connecticut for christ's sake! he went to the finest east coast boarding schools. the texas image is an increadibly well crafted karl rove illusion.

on 9/11 why did he continue to read to those kids for over 5 minutes instead of being on the job after the second plane flew into the other tower? he already knew the first plane hit the tower and he continued to visit those kids! any leader with balls would have said excuse me i have to protect our people. so what if some kids may become alarmed. why is he so concerned about protecting us now with illegal wiretapping when he was an ineffective idiot on 9/11? the wiretapping has no oversight and he can gather anything on anyone. if we all have to agree that we have nothing to hide, why is this the most closed and secretive administration ever? he suppressed all pictures of him and abramoff. just pictures, what is he hiding? there is more there than he wants us to know. i just can't say i have confidence in his truthfullness.

"Brownie you've done a heck of a job". now he is blaming that idiot for all the short comings in the katrina debacle. he is the worst president ever. he doesn't back the people he appoints. neocons always say "you are either for us or against us". bush doesn't support anyone that hurts his cause. brownie is an idiot and bush should be to blame for appointing him.

what has he done for us? how has the medicare drug benefit helped your parents or grandparents? it is confusing on purpose and is costing the tax payers and lining the pockets of drug companies with record profits. why did exxon post the most profit ever? do we really like $2.50 to $3.00 per gallon? are we that stupid? i hope not.

i challenge anyone to name one good thing he has done for the people and troops? why hasn't he given our troops adequate body armor? neocons say we did and the troops said they were uncomfortable. i guess the hum vees also found floor armor too uncomfortable therefore our leaders felt that too was unnecessary.

we are spending $100,000 a minute in Iraq, all because he misled us about WMD's. bin laden is not and never was related to saddam. there is no connection between 9/11 and iraq. now we have created a haven for terrorist in iraq and are stuck trying to clean up a mess that has no solution. we will either get out on our own or be forced out. we are not winning this thing. why is the entire cabinet a draft dodger or deserter not one of the bush war supporters in the white house served in the military. not cheny, rummie or wolfawitz, served. bush deserted. $8.5 billion is missing in iraq.

Don't tell me we are safer because of bush. we haven't been attacked yet because binladen feels that an attack would rally the sheeple dummy supporters and help king george.

this is the most corrupt inept administration ever. all the bushies say to dems "give us a plan". why don't they ask the "commander in chief to give us a plan? neocons say, if bush answers then the terrorists will know. if the dems give a plan that is ok? why the double standard? bush got us into this mess with a proven lie and all they can say is give us a plan? he should get us out of this mess.

bush is using fear like many fascist dictators and our general population falls for it in lock step. bush supporters drink the kool aid and blindly believe everything the see on fox news.

please try to open your eyes and see that we are routinely fed bs about the war, bush and the so called war on terror. why was the terror alert raised and lowered so many times before the last election and has not moved since?

do you really trust someone that says he has direct conversations with god and god tells him things that form his policy?

if you are so supportive of this idiot please enlist and go to iraq to actually fight for what you believe. if you have already many thanks and i'm glad you made it out alive.

jitsu guy and mah anyone would be better than this idiot. reagan was about on the same level as bush. they both are all about pr, no substance.

apache snow, the neocons are more interested in finding dissenters' identity and quieting them than learning the truth. there are more and more of us wising up every day. there is hope. our democracy will prevail.

oh btw dems have not received any money from abramoff. the assertion that the abramoff crosses party lines is another neocon lie. listen to blitzer interviewing dean a few weeks ago.

Click Here to see how the Republicans (who say they care so much for our Soldiers),, treat Soldiers Killed in Iraq.
And you know that this is a direct result of the Republicans how?
shuttlepilot,

To answer your question, when a Soldier is killed in a combat zone their Flag Covered Casket is escorted home by a Soldier from their unit acting as a Guard. The Soldier from my MP Company that was killed during My Tour in Nam,, was Guarded by a Soldier from my Hooch (barracks). They both were transported in a C-141 Starlifter along with the Caskets of other Soldiers and their Guards. The Guard never leaves the Casket and takes it all the way to the Funeral Home and contacts the family.

To save money Rumsfeld started sending deceased Solders home as cargo in the unpressurized belly of UPS and FedEx freight planes. When families saw how cold and callus their loved ones were being treated,, they exploded,, and Rummy stopped.

Now,, how would you like it if your Son or Daughter was treated that way,, how would you feel if you got a call,, "there's a big box for you in our warehouse",, and you went and there was the Casket of your Child or Spouse setting there with a big label on it,,, and no one around. The Vets I know were enraged when they heard about what Rumsfeld was doing.

Pennies for our Soldiers,, billions for Haliburton.

Band of Brothers

I do agree that our fallen soldiers should be treated with the respect that they deserve. Let me say that I vote for the candidate, it's usually that it ends up Republican because their candidate comes closer to my way of thinking, or at least that is what they lead me to believe. Now nothing can be helped about the why we are in the war in the Middle East now, but we are there nonetheless. I have to agree that I'm glad it's not going on in one of our back yards. I do have to say that I don't think the US has ever benefited any in any kind of "limited" conflict.

I feel that either you go into a country with "extreme prejudice" or you leave it alone. War is a dirty job and I think that politics and political driven reporting have no place in such an arena. I would love for our guys to be outta there, because limited conflicts just end up expending our soldiers and resources when efforts could be focused elsewhere. Lets face it, some folks don't want us over there, but if we are going to be there, lets kick but full force and finish the job. It was done in WWII and look at the prosperity of Germany and Japan now. Being concured by the allies did cost people, but that is war. If it was nice it would have been called something else. War is not politically correct, and never will be.

I have an uncle that is a WWII vet. He 89 years old and is totally against the conflict in Iraq. He states that it's not able to be fought like war. He was a platoon sargent that went into Italy with Patton. He said if the reporters had reported what "really" happened while dealing with prisioners and trying to stay alive, that they all would have been prosecuted by the media in today's world. He stated that the first thing he would do is shoot all of the reporters if they didn't agree that war involves killing, and it's not pretty. I thought the country would have remembered all of these things from the Vietnam War.

We either need to get the job done.....UN be dammed, or pull out and let the country implode if it chooses to do so. If the US has another terrorist attack.....let's face it, it will happen. Let's find out the source, blow it all to hell and then get out. No questions asked. Then let's get on with the job of making the US more of a self supported nation. Call if isolationism if you like, but I'm tired of a great deal of resources that I help pay for go out to countries that don't appreciate it, and turn spin like a weathervane when the wind changes.

The "real" big picture...
...that seems to evade most in here is called "segregation", hence separation.

Think about it.

If I can point out the differences and divide the people:

1. dems vs reps
2. white vs black vs brown
3. rich vs poor
4. harley vs foreign
5. glow vs electric
6. catholics vs muslims

etc..the list goes on and on

Then I can do as I please because I have broken what could make us strong in numbers...unity.

Personally I can't understand why as we "practically" all want the same things such as...decent health care, a job, decent wages, a roof over your head, food on your table, better services, decent neighborhood, better education, free speech without being "stoned", respected opinions, and so on...all good things.

But as I read along all answers it is very clear that althought we all love to fly helis, some would slice your throat here in a heartbeat if you disagree with their "opinion"...which is practically ALL that is in here...OPINIONS...same as mine.

I hear or read what you have to say and respect it as it is your way of thinking. Whether out of a education, upbringing or experiences...its all respected none-the-less.

With that said...go ahead and slice my throat for voicing my "opinion"...or just respect it and take it for what its worth.(hint...it was free)

The demise of this nation is not only greed and arrogance, but mainly segregation.

Unfortunately.
