I dunno about anyone else, but I have found it very useful throughout my time building (and rebuilding) my heli's to view the contents on many of your galleries to get tips on building. Stuff like antenna placement, neat cabling, mounting the rx etc etc.

As a result i rekon it would be well usefull to all (ok at least to me, I'm selfish) to create a thread showing the guts of your heli's from both sides. I know some of you have dead neat wiring and cabling and frankly I'm jealous. Come on, lemme see 'em.

Anyone wanna join in? Heres my Raptor 50 and me T-Rex.

I've flipped my Collective servo over from how the manual tells you it should be done. I get 22 degees of collective throw now.

Showing the nessesary bend in the tail servo pushrod and me new routing for the QUK whip antenna

ESC mounted externally. Better cooling

Routed all me servo cables externally down the side to keep em away from the motor. Notice I have stuck a ball link on the tail servo rather than using that stoopid z-bend whatsit.

Cheers

Red

We used to fly off all really really abrasive surface. If you didn't run skid stops or zip ties around the skids, you'd wear out your skids in about a month. The Zip ties allowed me to skid a bit allowing cool sliding autos. They'd wear through pretty quickly, but it's easy enough to throw on some more!

Question: Where are your guys getting the expandable sleeving for your wiring?

I have searched everywhere locally (that I could think of) and ended up having to buy it on-line from http://www.cableorganizer.com. Which wasn't a bad thing. I just don't like to wait.
