Hi everyone

My T-type pitch lever hits on the collective pitch rod when giving full pitch on my EVO50, has anyone had this problem and know how to solve it?
Thanks in advance for your input.

What side of the T lever is the ball mounted on? Should be on the inside. Is it lightly rubbing? May need a small washer to space it out some if this is the case.

the ball is mounted on the outside as shown in manual, the inside of the lever hits the pitch rod, washer is a good idea, I'll try it.
Thanks for the reply. Been going through everything, have a vibration, tail wag, twitch problem I can't pin down, already replaced a spindle which was bent, the main shaft looks fine, but the bearings were a little gritty so I replaced those, put the SD-G yoke on it with Infinavations, a friend helped the other day and we tried different gyro settings and other things, nothing seems to help, he suggested re mounting the gyro, without velcro to let it flex freely and have done that, but havn't tried it yet. I have just been trying to check everything I can think of.

you may have misunderstood me, when in full pitch position, the inside top part of the T, which is being pushed by the top pitch servo rod when you move the servo hits the collective rod, if that makes any sense.

I see. You are are talking about the 2 push/pull pitch servo rods. The top one is hitting when you input full positive. correct?

Do you have the balls on the servo mounted at 12.5 mm out from center?

actually it was me who misunderstood you, you were right the first time, a washer might work, but would it be better to put a washer on that or the inside of the T lever? on your original question, yes it is mounted on the inside, and to your second question I'm not sure if it's 12.5 mil. exactly, but i am going to check that on all of them, i have already corrected some 90% angles i didn't have right.
