The YS is nice but the flight times are a lot shorter than with an OS engine. I think that the OS is very smooth and a lot more efficient.

I am more happy with YS91's perfomance and fuel economy than I was with OS C-spec PS. I am sure that OS's new engine is as user-friendly as YS is. But since OS is going to release a new pumped and regulated engine in days, I guess that would be the alternative choice for me. It seems to have a similar regulating system as YS does, which is proven to be very reliable and effective.

Good luck!

I'm also very happy with my YS19. Actually i got longer flight-time on the YS than i had with my OS91 PS.

I would not say that the YS could be anymore reliable than the 91SZ. I have been running the SZ in my R90 for about three gallons now. It has incredible power and has been completely reliable and very easy to tune. I have not read one bad comment about the SZ from anyone and I am also speaking from experience with the SZ. It is definately worth looking at.

Some arguments are sound and nothing more

I love my 90SZ. It may seem strange or intimidating to be faced with an idle screw, mid range needle and high end needle - but IT WORKS! It is very easy to set the needles and great to be able to set the mid range. This needle is not as sensitive as the high end needle and enables you to get the hover and cruise mixture right!

Considering the long, long history of the OS91's problems and requiring lots of mods & $$ to run corrctly , three gallons through a new version doesn't prove it to be "reliable". Don't get me wrong, I hope OS got it right this time, but the YS has a VERY proven record of being "reliable".

I agree that the 91SZ is new and has not seen alot of time. However, as far as what I have read and anyone can and I am sure will correct me if I am wrong. The problems with the C-spec where and are there from the moment they come out of the box. I have not yet read a complaint about the SZ, and I also hope they got it right this time. I am sure there are alot of people out there with more than 3 gallons on theirs. I am just trying to give an accurate report. The main thing is, it looks like there is another good choice for a .91. I don't think you can go wrong with either one.
