Just purchased a Schulze fut-32.55K speed controller for my Logo 10 with Hacker C50 13L with the following applications:
1. Direct drive with 13T, Hacker C50 13L TP4S4P, I still have two packs good TP4S4P 8000 mah.

2. After I use up the 4S4P I will go with the box which I already purchased with 18T. Assuming the Hacker c50 13L still good. With the box, I will use 2 packs of TP3s2p 4200 in series.

Questions:
1. Do I need an external UBEC to drive my servos ? Before that I was using Hacker 48 O heli and CC80 with seperated RX battery pack.

2. Am I over-kill for the stated applications ? The controller over $300 whereas, the 18.46K is priced around $180, but I am not sure 18.46K is enough for 6S since Schulze recommends not to exceed 5s.

I just want to make sure this controller is the the one. Thanks

A UBEC is optional, but it will definitely save you some weight through ditching the receiver pack. If you get one, you might want to get the HV one to be safe.

Although the 18.46 is a fine controller, I wouldn't trust it on 6S.

5S would be fine, but 6S is probably pushing beyond it's limits.

The 32.55 may be overkill for now, but you will be able to run 10S with that contoller if you wanted to. Might not want to run 10S on the 13L though.

I read the menu last night. Yes, the 33.55K comes without BEC since it is mainly for the HV applications. I have to either use an external UBEC or seperate battery but I have to remove the red wire from the plug that goes to the receiver. Glad to hear this unit works with 6S. Thanks.

No, you don't have to on the 32.55k.

Correct. On any ESC without a built in BEC, you do not have to disconnect the red wire when using a battery or BEC.

I just want to make sure I did everything correctly since I had no luck with Hacker speed controller and CC80, went through several Hackers, and CC80 kept chowed gears with 13T and TP4s4P 8000. Spent more than $300 for the Schulz just don't want to destroy anything since L10 is such a nice heli.
