Hey I'm looking for some RC stores near Riverside, CA. I'm looking mainly for stores that carry electric helis.
Any one?

Thanks

I know there's a Hobby People on Indiana, somewhere west of Van Buren. But the only electrics they sell are Shoguns.

Now there's a nice little family owned shop in Hemet called Dynamic Hobbies, and they carry a much wider line, such as T-Rexes, Shoguns, Blade CPs, and a few others. Nice little place, with homey little touches like a couple of cats sleeping on the shelves...

Oh, and I'm pretty sure there's a HobbyTown in Corona, but I've never been to that one.

Well, it's not that close to Riverside, but Discount Hobby Warehouse in San Diego is a great place for heli stuff. They stock many TT parts, and will order anything you need from TT, and they get it in a day or two!!!

I too was having the same problem RAPTOR3DPILOT was having. I was looking for something in the Riverside area. I found one hobby shop off van buren and indiana ave. but all they had was a shogun and another 150.00 electric heli. which the name escapes me at the moment. And theres another, pegasus hobby but thats 30+ minutes away. I would like to know where the mom and pops one is in hemet ca. If anyone has directions please let me know. Jimmi

The one off of Van Buren and Indiana (that neighborhood, anyway) is Hobby People. The other heli they had, which I didn't really think to mention, is the EF Sabre, which is pretty much a relabeled OEMed Dragonfly 4.

The one in Hemet, Dynamic Hobbies, is on the corner of East Florida and Santa Fe. Right on the main drag, if you pass Santa Fe, turn around cause ya missed it.

Hobby people doesn't have Stuff for Raptors or any brand just Shogun helo stuff. I spoke to a person at a La Habra store. And he said the reason why they dont carry others is that the avg joe. Cant afford the 30 to 50 and 90 helos we fly. So thats why they dont carry Nitro helos. Pegasus has Helo but there spare parts selection is horrible. I only other place that I can think of is Ultimate hobbies in Orange. Lot of spare parts. By the way avoid Tony Hobbies in La Puente, hes a crook. He told me once thats I stole a part I was exchanging. He said I switched a part. And all I wanted to do was exchange not return.

I found the mom and pop store in hemet its called dynamic hobbies. I met the manager and the owner. They carry alot of blade cp and Trex parts. I like it because it has stalls/racks where you can look at parts and pick whatever you need without asking for it. I was hoping he would stock honeybee parts but he said he was going to talk to the manufacture. Keeping my fingers crossed. You take highway 60 E. it becomes I-215 S. go 19.9 miles and take Ca.-74 exit toward Hemet, go about another 12 miles and its on the right side 811 E.Florida Ave. suite #200 Hemet Ca. 92543 Manager is Jay. Ph-951-925-9331 P.S. they just moved from 530 E. Florida to the current location which its sooo much bigger. http://WWW.dynamichobbies.net website needs some work though. Hope this helps. Jimmi

Hey guys. I went to FunFly Hobby in riverside! I found my new home! lol That store is awesome! Alek and his wife are really nice people and they carry the latest technology for the r/c heli guy or gal.

I highly recommend it.
