I am thinking of buying a bigger machine like a rappy 90... i want the extra power but I know its a gas hog....
I know this questions has been asked before.. but
how is the predator for mild 3d like funnels, loops, rolls...
stuff like that... My style of flying is slow and smooth aerobatics...
Does the predator have the power to do these things?
I like the fuel mileage in the gassers...

You bet it does, and then some. The Predator gasser will do most all of the 3D moves, but some will be a little slower than a glow 90 size because of the additional weight.

The government cannot give you anything without first taking it from someone else.

Mine is awesome! Does all the moves in the book.

There is a nice video of CY flying one in the rain. Amazing stuff!

It's easy to find an excuse to do wrong. Hard is not to find an excuse to do right.

Get a gasser, you'll throw rocks at anything else once you've got her dialed in and are attuned to it's differences.

once fying a gasser you will never look back I have 4 Bergen gassers and enjoy every one of them. There is a learning curve to the set up and tunning of these. When properly tunned they will perform as well as your abilities and as Billme said you will develope a smooth flying style. But make no mistake the gassers will get up and go when you want them to. There are quite a few experienced gasser guys on here to help out, so i beleive you have the support to suceed with them.

Definately!
Oh my God don't even think twice about it. Get it and you will love it for sure! All of us gasser guys here love our machines, for the excellent gas mileage, for the cleanliness, and for simplicity and no need for support equipment.

Can I say this? You can even equip it with an on-board generator and it will truely become a gas and go machine all day long! Yeah baby!!!

For the record, I've been flying gassers since I "graduated" from my 30 size machine back in 1997. After going gas, I never wanted to fly nitro helis any more. You can do whatever your little heart desires with gassers and you won't miss anything that a nitro has to offer, really.

We are all here to help, so if you end up with a gasser, you'll be in good hands!

Patriot21,

If you want to see a gasser in action check the video section of RR, there are lots of videos that show what gassers can do. As everyone has said, they'll do everything a glow machine can, but alittle slower due to the weight. There are so many advantages to gassers that unless you are competing you'll be thrilled with a gasser.
I fly a predator gasser with a stock 231 and an Ergo 60. The Predator outclimbs my Ergo by a tremendous margin, as least, 2 times faster climb rate. The power is awesome.
