Guys

I have a Predator SE, G231 and about 2 gallons through it, both needles set at 1 3/8. I was practicing hovering inverted, then on the last flight of the day, for the first time, I gave full collective to perform a fast climb ( not inverted ). At the top of the climb, I went inverted again, and at that point, the engine just lost power and went into an idle. I tried to get power back, but nothing. I set it down without damage.

Any ideas what happened ?

thanks!
mark

Dear Mark,

Check to make sure the small filter on the carb is not clogged. It is located on the side of the card that has a single straigt slot screw located in the center of the plate. I have seen that the engine will idle but as you advance throttle, it will almost die. Just a thought! Howie
