I used to think that F3C was better as it was smooth and graceful. Then a while ago I became interested in 3D. I was at the NZ heli weekend and I gotta say.....3D is all I am interested in now. Alan and Jason were on fire. To see these guys perform was incredible. 3D done by these guys is smooth and graceful and at the same time frightening at times to watch. Think we all lost a few heartbeats at times watching the moves. I wouldn't have missed the meeting for the world. They are truly talented. Had an awesome time. Great guys.

Hope the guys enjoy the rest of their time in NZ. Looks like they are finding cool stuff to do!

Can we have them back again one day??

I agree totally Glen.
Both Alan and Jason were great - both in their flying and in the way they were always willing to help guys setup helis, provide tips and explain their setup (including a Q&A session with Jason on the Synergy while he was pulling it apart to pack it for shipping).

Thanks guys for coming to NZ, we really appreciate it and hope you come back sometime to fly.

You get a choice if you want to hit the water or not. They weigh you first and calculate evrything from there. They can pretty much judge it to whatever you want. Fingers/Elbows/Waist. Your`ve pretty much slowed down by the time you touch the water.

As far as the Flying here in New Zealand with both Alan and Jason all I can say is WOW. The two of them were out of this world. We dont get to see flying like that down here in NZ and they didnt disappoint. I thought they would have taken it easy but NO. They thru them around, and then each of thier last flights of the day even more so.

Even nicer thou was just how human the both of them are. Because they are couple of the best flyers in the world you can easily put them on a pedestal and believe that they are above everybody. Not these two. We took them out and showed them some kiwi hospitality. I would say that their heads might have a been a bit sore the next morning but they showed as how down to earth they are.

Alan Sr....you have a great son and you should be proud of him.

Alan and Jason .........Thank you!

Amen to that. The Szabo Boys do their father proud everywhere they go. Few consider that Alan Sr and his wife Diane are where it all started. They've both done a fine job raising their sons, something we don't see as often as we'd like in this day and age. I'm an unabashed fan of all four of 'em.

He wanted to shout me a tandem with him, but I was far to manly for that sort of shenanigans.....Mind you at least I went out on the platform unlike SOMEONE who shall remain nameless......

And I totally agree with Daddiesyacht too.......I'm coming off a high......and it blows......
