Vibe owners,

I have just assembled my vibe and it seems that the washout mixer metal based moves freely down the main shaft but get very tight and jams toward the top where the base of the rotor head is.

I don't think i have a bent shaft it appears that the severity of the tighness depends on which side the guide pins goes into but either way it is not right.

Loosen the two screws at the base of the hub , where the two pins are inserted, rise by hand washout base to the top and tighten the screws again without releasing washout base yet. Tighten smoothly both screws progressively and you are done.

Now release washout base and it will move freely.

Cheers,
FG.
