Go through the whole heli and tighten and locktight all the screws. Be careful not to strip out any screws going into plastic. I also found the elevator travel was also limited due to the ball links binding against the swash plate at the endpoint travel. I solved this by moving the ball out using 3 small washers. The DX6 is limited on throttle and pitch curves but if you set the machine up mechanically correct and use -10, 0, 10 for you pitch curves and endpoints your curve will be linear and 0 will be mid stick and hover points will be close to 3/4 throttle. The nice thing about the DX6 is you will not have to worry about glitching issues. I fly a 9CHP on my big helis but did not want to chase glitching issues on the small electric. For the money it seems to be a good little heli. I do think the tail upgrades I have done is necessary. I think the metal tail gear box is a waste of money. What counts is smooth complete travel of the tail pitch slider. This setup yields that movement.

yes - very nice. I want that tail slider, just red to match my "bling-e" Mx400Pro. Part# ARK-239, but nobody seems to sell it yet.

Thanks for the compliments. I will try to get some better pictures today. I was taking those in low light and didn't realize how poorly they turned out.

I flew it yesterday. I got four flights in. This is my first electric and it is fast. I am using S75 servos and I don't think I am happy with them. There feels to be to much slop in them on the bench and I think this is happening in the air as well. When I give forward elevator I have to pull back quite a bit to get it out of the nose down attitude. I will probably upgrade to the HS56 servo. Tail is holding great and piros great.

I've had hit or miss luck the S75 servos. I've had to change the gears in a couple of them in order to get rid of the slop. Ironically I used a couple HS-55 gears to fix the problem.

Have you done the super glue fix for the elevator arm? If not then that might be causing some of your slop.

Yes, did the superglue fix. The slop is in the servos.

I didn't see you mention it above and thought I would throw it out on the table. The elevator fix didn't help in my situation either. Changing servo gears and CCPM converion got rid of all of the slop I had.
